Boplaas Pinot Noir Brut is a beautiful rose-coloured sparkling wine. Bouquet of fresh strawberries, red cherries and some spices. Fresh with delicate bubble. Ideal as an aperitif or for a festive occasion. Also delicious with light dishes or a sweet dessert.

Boplaas Pinot Noir Brut is a delicious prosecco to drink on its own but also mixes well with POSHE's Cosmopolitan, for example
Hand-harvested in the second week of January from low-yield Pinot Noir vineyards planted in deep sedimentary and clay soils. Crushed and 6 hours of skin contact allowed before pressing and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks with a champagne yeast strain to preserve fruit integrity and maximise flavours. The base wine matures for 6 months sur lie before bottling.
Tasting notes:
A blushing cherry-pink wine with a bouquet full of fresh strawberries, sweet raspberries, red cherry aromas and a hint of spice, which carries through to the fresh and refreshing palate with its fine but persistent bubble.
Serving suggestions:
A versatile partner for all kinds of canapés, seafood dishes, fresh summer fruit, Eggs Benedict or decadent desserts. The Boplaas Pinot Noir Sparkling Brut is also an ideal aperitif and is best drunk chilled at 10 - 12˚C.
