This supple, medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from Boplaas proves why this grape is so loved worldwide. Made from old vines with low yields, it delivers an honest, flavoursome wine with juicy red and black fruits, subtle spices and a hint of vanilla and oak.

Carefully hand-harvested and traditionally fermented, then aged for 10 months in French oak, the result is an elegant “Claret-style” wine: accessible, balanced and gastronomically versatile.

Perfect with: lamb, game dishes, BBQ, charcuterie and mature cheeses.
