How do I place an order?<\/b><\/p>

To place an order, select your desired products and add them to your shopping cart. Then click \"Checkout\" and follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details. Please note, we apply a minimum order value of \u20ac20,<\/strong>- in connection with safe and stable packaging plus shipping.<\/p>

Can I change or cancel my order?<\/b><\/p>

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.<\/p>

What is the delivery time?<\/b><\/p>

Delivery times are:<\/p>

  • Benelux -> 1-3 working days.<\/li>
  • Germany -> 3-5 working days.<\/li><\/ul>

    Can I track my order?<\/b><\/p>

    Yes, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as your order is shipped. This allows you to track the status of your order online.<\/p>

    REMEMBER<\/strong>,\u00a0If you place an order of more than 36 bottles, the order will be divided into 2 packages. It may happen that the carrier does not deliver both packages at the same time, but spread over several days. If you are expecting several parcels but the delivery is incomplete, please check your track-and-trace for information about the second parcel.<\/em><\/p>
